SKYDYN terms & conditions - by confirming the offer / order you confirm the following conditions:

• Confirmed delivery times are binding. Changes only after consultation and possibly additional costs. 

• Cancellation policy: If not otherwise agreed, the following cancellation fees apply once the order is confirmed: > 24 hours: Cancellation free of charge | 24 hours: 50% |  < 16 hours: 80% < 12 hours: 100%

• Billing: We will deliver and bill to your local handling partners (FBOs). Additional delivery costs may be charged by the handling partner. 

• Allergens: In case of any allergies or intolerances, please inform us in advance, as cross-contamination cannot be ruled out! In case of deviations from our standard assortment, we assume no liability for possible contained allergens. 

• Product images: In-house pictures & serving suggestions. Products may vary.
